Caralee has been a licensed Realtor since 2006, serving clients in both Oregon and Washington. She believes everyone deserves the chance to own a home and use real estate to build wealth. With a deep knowledge of all property types—from luxury homes and condos to foreclosures, short sales, and bare land—Caralee aims to make the buying and selling process enjoyable and rewarding for every client.

When she's not working with clients, Caralee teaches real estate classes for the Oregon Realtors, connecting with fellow Realtors across the state. Her favorite topics to teach include Ethics, Law, Buyers, Sellers, Negotiations, and Contracts.

Caralee has two amazing children: Justine, 25, and Kyla, 23, and her sweet husband, Frank. Outside of real estate, she loves volunteering at the Food Bank, reading historical novels, boxing with Kyla, and planning trips with Justine!
